how are you planning on finding out, how is he planning to grow his business, or is he planning to exit or will he stay in it?

the exit: 

  • want to grow and sell company, due to difficulty to succeed in Italy in that specific industry

no critiques of frameworks were mentioned:
why weren't the other 2 parts of effectuation theory mentioned. 

suggestions:
you could say that the 2 other parts were not related to that specific start-up, so question those 2 parts

could be helpful: relationship between real-world and theory and critique the theory, as well as, apply the theory.

  1. Hi Youssef and thanks for the feedback , I’ll try to answer to your questions :
    -Efuture has a lot of connections with the software industry thanks to his co-founder Loris , who brought in the company .
    - I will focus and ask him about his beginning idea of the company , and how has it changed after almost 2 years of activity
    -Regarding the exit , this is my fault , maybe I’ve stressed to much the selling fact : indeed this was not his main idea of quitting the market . I’ll ask and explain better during the 3rd interview
    - The two missing principles of effectuation will be a target in the next interview
    - About the frameworks and the theory, until now I’ve used : Who , Teams ( interpersonal vs strategic dynamic theory ) , Effectuation , risk and uncertainty . In the end I’ll choose the best 5 in order to complete the analysis
